These Space Rental Policies apply to reservations at the Business Wellness Center™ ("BWC") in Orland Park, Illinois. By completing a reservation, the person making the reservation (the "Renter") agrees to these Policies and accepts responsibility for compliance by all guests, attendees, vendors, contractors, and other persons associated with the reservation.

1. Purpose, Scope & Definitions

1.1 Purpose

These Space Rental Policies (the "Policies") govern every reservation of rental space at the Business Wellness Center™ ("BWC," "we," "us," or "the Center"). They exist so that every renter, guest, and vendor knows what to expect, what is included, and what is required, and so that the Center remains a safe, professional, and well-kept environment for everyone who uses it.

1.2 Who Is Bound

By completing a reservation, the person or entity making the reservation (the "Renter") agrees to these Policies and accepts responsibility for compliance by every guest, attendee, speaker, vendor, contractor, and other person associated with the reservation (collectively, "Associated Persons"). Where a reservation is made on behalf of a business or organization, the individual completing the booking represents that they are authorized to bind that business or organization.

1.3 Relationship to Other Terms

These Policies apply together with:

  • The applicable rental listing for the reserved space, which states the rate, available durations, capacity, amenities, and included equipment;
  • Any recurring-host agreement or package terms, where applicable; and
  • Any additional service agreement for professional creative or production services.

If a rental listing, recurring-host agreement, or service agreement states a specific term that differs from these Policies, the more specific document controls for that term only. In all other respects, these Policies apply.

1.4 Definitions

  • "Reserved Period" — the block of time shown on the confirmed reservation, from scheduled start time to scheduled end time.
  • "Reserved Space" — the specific room or studio identified on the confirmed reservation.
  • "Staffed Hours" — BWC's normal staffed business hours, stated in Section 3.1.
  • "Standard Rental Hours" — the rental hours billed at the standard rate, stated in Section 3.2.
  • "Premium Rental Hours" — the rental hours subject to premium pricing, stated in Section 3.3.

2. Available Rental Spaces

BWC offers professional meeting, educational, and creative spaces for reservation. Each space is intended for the uses described below, and reservations should be consistent with those uses.

2.1 Conference Room

Capacity: Up to 10 guests
Intended use: Client meetings, consultations, interviews, strategy sessions, board and committee meetings, and small-group collaboration.

2.2 Workshop Classroom

Capacity: Up to 12 guests
Intended use: Workshops, trainings, presentations, educational programs, meetings, and facilitated group sessions.

2.3 Podcast Studio

Capacity: Up to 4 guests
Intended use: Podcasts, interviews, audio and video recording, and content creation.

The Podcast Studio is available as a standard studio rental (space and listed equipment only) or as a Podcast Studio Production Session, which includes on-site recording support from a BWC producer. See Section 10.

2.4 Photography Studio

Capacity: Up to 10 guests
Intended use: Photography sessions, branding shoots, and content creation.

2.5 Space-Specific Information

Rates, available rental durations, amenities, furnishings, included equipment, and any space-specific rules are provided on the applicable rental listing at the time of booking. The rental listing is part of the reservation, and the Renter is expected to review it before booking.

BWC may add, remove, or reconfigure rental spaces from time to time. Changes do not affect confirmed reservations except as provided in Section 7.6.

3. Rental Hours & Pricing

3.1 Staffed Hours

The Business Wellness Center's normal staffed hours are:

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Staffed Hours describe when BWC staff are regularly on site. They are not the same as Standard Rental Hours, which are defined below for pricing purposes.

3.2 Standard Rental Hours

Standard Rental Hours are:

Monday–Saturday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Reservations occurring during Standard Rental Hours are billed at the standard rate shown on the applicable rental listing.

3.3 Premium Rental Hours and Premium Pricing

Premium Rental Hours are:

Before 8:00 AM, after 4:00 PM, and all day Sunday

Premium pricing applies automatically to reservations occurring during Premium Rental Hours. The applicable rate is calculated by BWC's booking system and is displayed to the Renter during the booking process, before payment. The rate displayed through the booking system at the time of booking controls, and BWC may adjust its rates from time to time without amending these Policies.

Where any portion of a Reserved Period falls within Premium Rental Hours, the booking system calculates and displays the applicable rate for that reservation before payment.

3.4 Extended Rental Availability

BWC offers extended rental availability beyond its Staffed Hours. Reservations outside Standard Rental Hours are subject to premium pricing and availability.

Reservations outside Staffed Hours — including Saturday, early-morning, evening, and Sunday reservations — may require BWC to arrange access and may be limited to the spaces, dates, and times BWC makes available through the booking system. All reservations, regardless of time, are confirmed only as described in Section 4.2.

3.5 Availability Not Guaranteed

Early-morning, evening, Sunday, holiday, and other extended availability is not guaranteed. BWC may restrict access or hours, limit which spaces are available outside Staffed Hours, and decline any reservation request for reasons including staffing, building access, or operational requirements.

3.6 Holidays and Closures

BWC may be closed on recognized holidays and at other times announced in advance. Availability displayed in the online booking system reflects known closures at the time it is viewed.

4. Reservations, Booking & Payment

4.1 How to Reserve

Reservations are made through BWC's online booking system or, where a listing indicates, by appointment with BWC staff. A reservation request is an offer to rent; it becomes a confirmed reservation only as described in Section 4.2.

4.2 When a Reservation Is Confirmed

A reservation is not confirmed until all required booking information and payment have been received. Until then, the requested date and time remain available to others, and BWC has no obligation to hold them.

4.3 Renter's Duty to Verify

The Renter is responsible for verifying the selected space, date, start time, duration, attendee count, and all other reservation details before completing the booking. Errors discovered after booking are treated as changes and are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms in Section 7.

4.4 Rates and Fees

Rental fees are based on the rates displayed on the applicable rental listing at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply as described in these Policies, including premium pricing for Premium Rental Hours (Section 3.3), additional-time charges (Section 6.4), cleaning charges (Section 14.3), and damage charges (Section 15).

4.5 Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless the applicable rental listing or a recurring-host agreement states otherwise. Payment-processing fees charged by BWC's payment provider may be nonrefundable, as noted in Section 7.

4.6 Nontransferability

Reservations may not be transferred, assigned, sublet, or resold to another person, business, or organization without prior approval from BWC. A Renter who wishes to transfer a reservation should contact BWC before the reservation date.

4.7 BWC's Right to Decline or Cancel

BWC reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation that:

  • Is inconsistent with the intended use of the facility or the reserved space;
  • Violates these Policies or applicable law;
  • Presents a safety, security, or property risk;
  • May reasonably interfere with other activities, tenants, renters, or occupants of the Center; or
  • Was made using inaccurate or misleading information.

Where BWC cancels for one of these reasons before the reservation date, BWC will notify the Renter and will refund amounts paid unless the cancellation results from the Renter's misrepresentation or policy violation.

5. Rental Duration & Scheduling

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable rental listing, the following scheduling rules apply.

5.1 Advance Notice

Reservations require at least 24 hours' advance notice. Same-day requests are not accepted through the online booking system and are not guaranteed by any other method.

5.2 Booking Window

Standard reservations may generally be made up to 90 days in advance. Requests further out may be considered for recurring hosts or on approval.

5.3 Minimum Durations

SpaceMinimum reservation
Conference Room1 hour
Workshop Classroom2 hours
Podcast Studio1 hour
Photography Studio2 hours

5.4 Maximum Duration

Standard individual reservations may not exceed 8 hours without prior approval. Multi-day or full-day events should be arranged directly with BWC in advance.

5.5 Displayed Availability

Availability displayed through the online booking system is subject to existing reservations, BWC programming, facility closures, maintenance, and other operational requirements. Displayed availability is not a guarantee until the reservation is confirmed under Section 4.2.

6. Your Rental Time Includes Setup & Cleanup

6.1 What the Reserved Period Covers

The Reserved Period includes all setup, event or meeting time, breakdown, cleanup, and departure. Renters should book enough time to arrive, arrange the space, conduct their activity, restore the space, and leave by the scheduled end time.

6.2 Early Entry

Renters may not enter the Reserved Space before the scheduled start time unless specifically authorized by BWC. Arriving early does not extend the reservation.

6.3 Vacating on Time

The Renter and all Associated Persons must vacate the Reserved Space by the scheduled end time, with the space restored as described in Section 14.

6.4 Additional Time

Additional time is subject to availability and applicable rental charges at the rate shown on the rental listing, including premium pricing for any additional time that falls within Premium Rental Hours. Unauthorized use beyond the Reserved Period may result in additional charges, and BWC may require the Renter to vacate immediately to accommodate the next reservation.

6.5 Internal Scheduling Buffers

BWC may maintain internal scheduling buffers between reservations for cleaning, resetting, and staff access. These buffers are not additional rental time and may not be used for setup, continued activities, or cleanup.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellation and rescheduling timeframes are measured from the scheduled start time of the reservation. Requests must be submitted to BWC in writing (email or through the booking system) and are effective when received by BWC.

7.1 Summary

7.2 Seven or More Days Before the Reservation

  • A refund of amounts paid, less any nonrefundable payment-processing fees; or
  • One complimentary reschedule, subject to availability.

7.3 Between 72 Hours and Seven Days

Reservations cancelled between 72 hours and 7 calendar days before the scheduled rental may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability. Payments are otherwise nonrefundable.

7.4 Less Than 72 Hours

Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled rental are nonrefundable and are not eligible for rescheduling.

7.5 Rescheduling Conditions

  • Approved rescheduled reservations must occur within 90 days of the original reservation date.
  • A rescheduled reservation is subject to the same Policies and, once rescheduled, is not eligible for a second reschedule under Sections 7.2 or 7.3.
  • Rescheduling to a space with a higher rate, a longer duration, or a date or time within Premium Rental Hours is subject to the difference in charges.

7.6 Cancellation by BWC

If BWC must cancel a reservation due to circumstances within its reasonable control, the Renter may choose either a full refund of amounts paid for the affected reservation or a reschedule without penalty, subject to availability.

7.7 No-Shows and Unused Time

No-shows, late arrivals, early departures, and unused portions of reserved time are nonrefundable and are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

8. Capacity

8.1 Published Capacities

Renters must comply with the published capacity of the Reserved Space. Current capacities are:

SpaceCapacity
Conference RoomUp to 10 guests
Workshop ClassroomUp to 12 guests
Podcast StudioUp to 4 guests
Photography StudioUp to 10 guests

8.2 Accurate Attendance

The number of attendees disclosed during booking must reasonably reflect anticipated attendance. Capacity counts include the Renter, presenters, staff, and vendors present in the space.

8.3 Exceeding Capacity

Attendance exceeding the permitted capacity requires prior written approval from BWC. BWC may terminate or decline a rental if occupancy exceeds safe or approved limits, and no refund will be issued for a rental terminated on that basis.

9. Permitted Use

9.1 Permitted Purposes

BWC spaces may be used for lawful professional, educational, business, creative, and community purposes appropriate for the Reserved Space.

9.2 Prohibited Uses

Prohibited uses include any activity that:

  • Violates applicable law;
  • Creates an unreasonable health, safety, or property risk;
  • Materially disrupts other businesses, renters, clients, or occupants;
  • Exceeds the permitted capacity;
  • Involves unauthorized access to restricted areas;
  • Is materially inconsistent with the purpose or capabilities of the Reserved Space; or
  • Involves the sale, service, or consumption of alcohol without the approvals required by Section 12.3.

9.3 Responsibility for Conduct

The Renter is responsible for the conduct and activities of all Associated Persons for the duration of the reservation, including any time they are on the premises before or after the Reserved Period.

10. Studio Rentals & Creative Services

10.1 What a Studio Rental Includes

Rental of the Podcast Studio or Photography Studio provides access only to the space, furnishings, amenities, and equipment specifically identified as included on the applicable rental listing. Equipment not listed is not included, even if it is present in the studio.

10.2 What a Studio Rental Does Not Include

Photography, videography, camera operation, recording assistance, podcast production, audio engineering, editing, social media clips, content production, and other professional creative services are not included in the standard room rental unless expressly stated otherwise on the rental listing.

10.3 Podcast Studio Production Session

The Podcast Studio Production Session is a separate offering from the standard Podcast Studio rental. A Production Session includes:

  • Use of the Podcast Studio;
  • Use of the recording equipment identified on the rental listing;
  • Setup of the studio and recording equipment, completed by BWC before the Reserved Period begins; and
  • On-site recording support from a BWC producer during the Reserved Period.

Editing and content add-ons — including post-production editing, social media clips, and other content deliverables — are not included in a Production Session and are priced separately.

A Production Session is booked through its own rental listing at the rate shown there. Because BWC sets up the studio and recording equipment in advance, the Renter's Reserved Period is available for recording; the setup-and-cleanup rule in Section 6 continues to apply to the Renter's own arrival, materials, guests, and departure. The on-site producer's role is limited to operating BWC's equipment and supporting the recording during the Reserved Period; the producer is not responsible for the Renter's content, guests, or renter-owned equipment. Production Sessions are subject to all other terms of these Policies, including the Podcast Studio capacity of 4 guests, the cancellation terms in Section 7, and the setup-and-cleanup rule in Section 6.

10.4 Other Professional Services

Other professional services, including editing and content add-ons, may be available separately for an additional fee under a separate service agreement. Interest in professional services should be raised with BWC before the reservation date so that availability and pricing can be confirmed.

10.5 No Assumed Staff Support on Standard Rentals

On a standard studio reservation, Renters may not assume that BWC staff will operate equipment, produce content, troubleshoot renter-owned equipment, or provide production services. Renters are responsible for their own technical proficiency with included equipment and for bringing any equipment, accessories, media, or software they require that is not listed as included. Renters who want producer support should book a Podcast Studio Production Session.

10.6 Equipment Care

Included equipment must be used only as intended, must not be removed from the studio, and must be returned to its original configuration and condition at the end of the Reserved Period. Damage to studio equipment is governed by Section 15.

11. Recurring Workshop Hosts

11.1 Recurring Arrangements

BWC may offer approved recurring hosts prepaid or recurring rental arrangements, including the Recurring Workshop Host option. Eligibility, package contents, and pricing are stated in the applicable package terms.

11.2 Applicable Terms

Recurring arrangements are subject to their applicable package terms, availability, scheduling requirements, and these general Policies. Where a package term is more specific, it controls for that term as provided in Section 1.3.

11.3 Prepaid Hours

Prepaid hours must be scheduled in accordance with the applicable recurring-host agreement or booking terms. Prepaid hours have no cash value beyond the terms of the applicable package, are nontransferable, and are subject to any expiration stated in the package terms.

11.4 No Partnership or Endorsement

Participation in a recurring rental arrangement does not create a partnership, employment relationship, joint venture, sponsorship, or endorsement by BWC. Section 21 applies in full to recurring hosts.

12. Food & Beverages

12.1 Light Refreshments

Light food and non-alcoholic beverages may be permitted with prior approval from BWC. Renters should indicate at booking whether food or beverages will be served.

12.2 Renter Responsibility

The Renter is responsible for preventing spills and damage and for removing all food, beverages, containers, serving materials, and related waste before departure. Food and beverages must remain within the Reserved Space unless BWC directs otherwise.

12.3 Alcohol

Alcohol may not be sold, served, distributed, or consumed at the Center without:

  • Prior written approval from BWC; and
  • Compliance with all applicable licensing, insurance, property, and legal requirements, including any requirement for licensed servers or additional insurance.

Approval for alcohol, where granted, is specific to the reservation for which it was requested.

13. Furniture, Decorations & Alterations

13.1 Furniture

Furniture may be repositioned when appropriate for the Reserved Space but must be returned to its original configuration before departure unless BWC instructs otherwise. Furniture or equipment may not be removed from the premises, or moved between rooms, without authorization.

13.2 Prohibited Fastening Materials

Renters may not use nails, screws, staples, tacks, permanent adhesives, or other materials that may damage walls, windows, doors, furniture, floors, ceilings, fixtures, or equipment. Renters should confirm with BWC before affixing anything to any surface.

13.3 No Permanent Alterations

No permanent alterations may be made to BWC property, including painting, drilling, mounting, or modification of fixtures or technology.

13.4 Removal of Materials

All decorations, signs, displays, equipment, and materials brought into the Center must be removed before the end of the Reserved Period. Items left behind are subject to Section 16.3.

14. Cleanup & Condition

14.1 Standard

Renters must leave the Reserved Space, and any common areas used by their guests, in substantially the same condition in which they were provided.

14.2 Renter's Cleanup Duties

Before departure, the Renter must ensure that:

  • All personal belongings, decorations, supplies, and equipment are removed;
  • All food, beverages, and related waste are removed or properly disposed of;
  • Furniture is returned to its original configuration;
  • Whiteboards, surfaces, and equipment are left clean and ready for the next user; and
  • Any spills or messes have been addressed and reported.

14.3 No Storage

A rental does not include storage before, between, or after reservations unless BWC expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Supplies, equipment, inventory, signage, decorations, and other property may not be left at the Center between reservations. This applies equally to recurring hosts; property left between sessions is subject to Section 16.3.

14.4 Additional Cleaning Charges

Excessive cleaning, failure to restore the space, or disposal of significant materials left behind may result in additional charges reflecting BWC's reasonable cost of cleaning, restoration, or disposal.

15. Damage to Property

15.1 Financial Responsibility

The Renter is financially responsible for damage to BWC property, furniture, fixtures, technology, equipment, or the facility caused by the Renter or any Associated Person, whether during or outside the Reserved Period.

15.2 Charges

BWC may invoice the Renter for reasonable cleaning, repair, replacement, or restoration costs resulting from the rental. Where permitted by the Renter's payment authorization and applicable payment-processing terms, such charges may be applied to the payment method on file after BWC provides an itemized notice.

15.3 Reporting

Damage, malfunctions, or equipment problems must be reported to BWC promptly rather than concealed or independently repaired. Prompt reporting of pre-existing damage at the start of a reservation protects the Renter from being charged for it.

16. Personal Property

16.1 No Responsibility for Personal Property

BWC is not responsible for personal property that is lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or left unattended anywhere on the premises.

16.2 Securing Belongings

Renters are responsible for securing their own belongings and those of their guests. Valuables should not be left unattended in rental spaces or common areas.

16.3 Items Left Behind

Items left at the Center may be discarded, donated, or otherwise disposed of if not claimed within a reasonable period. BWC will make reasonable efforts to notify a Renter of identified items left behind but is under no obligation to store them.

17. Children & Minors

17.1 Supervision

Minors must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult at all times unless participating in a BWC-approved program specifically designed for minors.

17.2 Renter Responsibility

The Renter remains responsible for the conduct and supervision of minors attending their rental, and for compliance with any applicable legal requirements governing programs or activities involving minors.

18. Smoking & Vaping

Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco or cannabis products are prohibited inside the Business Wellness Center.

Renters and guests must also comply with applicable building and property rules concerning smoking and vaping, including any designated outdoor areas and required distances from entrances.

19. Conduct & Noise

19.1 Professional Conduct

Renters and guests must conduct themselves in a professional, safe, and respectful manner toward BWC staff, other renters, tenants, clients, and visitors.

19.2 Noise

Noise must remain at a reasonable level and may not materially interfere with other businesses, renters, clients, neighbors, or occupants. Amplified sound requires prior approval and must be kept at a level that does not carry beyond the Reserved Space.

19.3 Immediate Termination

BWC reserves the right to immediately terminate a rental when conduct creates a safety concern, causes or threatens property damage, materially disrupts others, or violates these Policies.

19.4 No Refund on Conduct Termination

A refund will not be issued when a rental is terminated because of the conduct of the Renter or their guests.

20. Access & Security

20.1 Limited Access

Access is limited to the Reserved Space and designated common areas (such as restrooms, hallways, and any lobby or waiting area identified by BWC).

20.2 Restricted Areas

Renters and guests may not enter offices, storage areas, studios, rooms, or other restricted areas that are not included with their reservation.

20.3 Doors and Building Security

Exterior doors may not be propped open or left unsecured at any time. Renters are responsible for ensuring that guests enter through designated entrances.

20.4 Guest Arrival

The Renter is responsible for communicating arrival, parking, entrance, and event-specific instructions to their guests and for ensuring that guests do not disrupt other occupants while locating the Reserved Space. BWC staff are not responsible for greeting, directing, or checking in the Renter's guests unless that service is included on the rental listing.

20.5 Access Credentials

Access instructions, keys, codes, or other security information provided for a reservation may not be shared with unauthorized individuals and may not be retained or used outside the Reserved Period. Any loss or suspected compromise of access credentials must be reported to BWC immediately.

21. Independent Events & the BWC Brand

21.1 No Implied Endorsement

Rental of space at the Business Wellness Center does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, affiliation, or approval by BWC of the Renter, organization, event, speaker, products, services, content, or views.

21.2 Identifying the Location

Renters may accurately identify the Business Wellness Center as the location of their event — for example, "held at the Business Wellness Center, Orland Park, IL."

21.3 Use of BWC Marks

BWC's name, trademarks, logos, photographs, and branding may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, partnership, co-hosting, or endorsement without prior written authorization. Renters may not describe an event as "presented by," "in partnership with," or "sponsored by" BWC unless such an arrangement has been agreed in writing.

21.4 Marketing Materials

Renters are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their own marketing, registration, ticketing, and promotional materials.

22. Photography & Recording

22.1 Renter's Own Activities

Renters may photograph or record their own activities within their Reserved Space when appropriate to the rental.

22.2 Limits

Recording may not unreasonably interfere with other occupants and may not capture individuals outside the Renter's reservation without appropriate permission. Recording in common areas, hallways, or other tenants' spaces is not permitted without BWC's prior approval.

22.3 Creative Spaces and Services

Use of BWC's dedicated creative spaces, specialized equipment, or professional production services is governed by the applicable rental listing and any additional service agreement, as described in Section 10.

23. Insurance & Third-Party Vendors

23.1 Proof of Insurance

BWC may require proof of insurance for certain events, activities, vendors, contractors, equipment, or uses that present additional risk. Where required, proof must be provided before the reservation is confirmed or before the reservation date, as BWC directs.

23.2 Third-Party Vendors

Third-party vendors brought onto the premises remain the responsibility of the Renter and must comply with these Policies and applicable property requirements. The Renter is responsible for the conduct, setup, breakdown, and cleanup of every vendor.

23.3 Prior Approval

Prior approval may be required for outside vendors, substantial equipment, catering, installations, or other activities beyond ordinary room use. Renters should disclose these at the time of booking.

24. Technology & Amenities

24.1 Provided As-Is

Wi-Fi, audiovisual equipment, and other amenities identified on the rental listing are provided as a convenience and on an as-is basis. BWC does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or equipment performance and is not responsible for the Renter's inability to conduct an activity due to a technology issue.

24.2 Renter Preparation

Renters who depend on specific technology should test it in advance where BWC makes that possible, bring appropriate adapters and backups, and arrive with sufficient setup time within the Reserved Period.

24.3 Acceptable Use

BWC's network and equipment may not be used for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that interferes with other users.

25. Facility Closures & Events Beyond BWC's Control

If BWC is unable to make a Reserved Space available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control — including severe weather, utility outages, building emergencies, government orders, or similar events — BWC will notify the Renter as promptly as practicable and will offer the Renter the choice of rescheduling the reservation, subject to availability, or receiving a credit for amounts paid toward a future reservation. If BWC determines that neither option is reasonably practicable, BWC may issue a refund of amounts paid for the affected reservation. BWC is not liable for any other costs, losses, or damages the Renter or Associated Persons incur as a result of such a closure.

Cancellations by BWC for reasons within its reasonable control are governed by Section 7.6.

26. Liability

26.1 Use at Own Risk

Renters and Associated Persons use the premises and participate in activities at their own risk and remain responsible for activities conducted as part of their reservation.

26.2 Renter Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Renter is responsible for claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from the Renter's negligence, misconduct, activities, or violation of these Policies, including conduct by persons for whom the Renter is responsible.

26.3 No Unlawful Limitation

Nothing in these Policies is intended to waive, release, or limit liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

27. Policy Violations

Failure to comply with these Policies may result in one or more of the following:

  • Additional charges;
  • Termination of the current rental;
  • Cancellation of future reservations;
  • Loss of future rental privileges; and/or
  • Other action reasonably necessary to protect BWC, its property, and its occupants.

BWC's decision not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

28. General Provisions

28.1 Changes to These Policies

BWC may update these Policies from time to time. The version in effect at the time a reservation is confirmed governs that reservation.

28.2 Governing Law

These Policies are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

28.3 Severability

If any provision of these Policies is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

28.4 Questions

Questions about these Policies or about a specific reservation should be directed to BWC using the contact information provided on the rental listing or booking confirmation.

29. Acknowledgment

By completing a reservation, the Renter acknowledges that they have reviewed, understand, and agree to the Business Wellness Center™ Space Rental Policies, including the cancellation and rescheduling terms in Section 7 and the no-refund provisions for no-shows and conduct-related terminations.

The Renter accepts responsibility for ensuring that all guests, attendees, vendors, contractors, and other persons associated with their reservation comply with these Policies.
