  • Membership and service information, including the service selected, reservation history, access needs, authorized guests or attendees, and information necessary to administer your account.
  • Transaction information when you purchase a service or pay an invoice. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. BWC does not store your complete payment-card number on its own systems.
  • Business mail application and compliance information when you apply for a virtual business address or managed business address, as described in Section 4 below.
  • Communication preferences and consent records, including whether you agree to receive email or text messages and records of opt-outs.

  • Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the Site, maintain functionality, understand usage, and measure the effectiveness of communications or campaigns.

BWC does not sell your personal information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information.
  • Review applications and establish customer accounts.
  • Schedule tours, appointments, reservations, rentals, events, and other services.
  • Administer coworking access, memberships, room rentals, events, and business mail services.

  • Prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Understand and improve our website, services, customer experience, and communications.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use service providers for website and customer-relationship management, hosting, scheduling, communications, payment processing, analytics, document storage, and related business operations. These providers may process information on our behalf to provide their services.
  • Postal and government authorities. For regulated business mail services, we provide required information and documents to the United States Postal Service and may provide information to other authorities when legally required.
  • Legal and safety purposes. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, regulatory requirements, or enforceable governmental requests; to enforce agreements; or to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of BWC, our customers, or others.
  • Business transactions. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of BWC's operations or assets, subject to applicable law.
  • With your direction or consent. We may disclose information when you ask us to or authorize the disclosure.

4. Business Mail Services and Identity Verification

BWC operates business mail services as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA). If you apply for or use these services, federal postal requirements may require us to collect information beyond ordinary website-contact information. This may include:

  • Information required on United States Postal Service PS Form 1583.
  • Your legal name, home or business address, contact information, business information, authorized recipients, and private-mailbox information.
  • The types and expiration dates, if applicable, of identification documents presented for identity and address verification.
  • Verification records, such as the verification date, method, authorized witness, and compliance status.
  • A signed PS Form 1583 and identification images required by the United States Postal Service.

Required identification images are submitted to the United States Postal Service CMRA Customer Registration Database. BWC does not store identification images or identification-document numbers in GoHighLevel. After successful submission to the USPS database, BWC does not retain local identification images unless the Postal Service, applicable law, or legal counsel requires otherwise. BWC retains completed signed PS Forms 1583 in restricted storage for the period required by postal rules and other applicable obligations.

Business mail services are subject to separate application, identity-verification, service-agreement, retention, and termination requirements. BWC does not use CMRA identification information for unrelated marketing.

5. Email and Text Communications

If you subscribe to marketing emails, you may unsubscribe using the link included in the message. Even after a marketing opt-out, we may continue to send non-marketing communications related to active reservations, purchases, applications, accounts, or services.

If you separately opt in to receive text messages from BWC, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us using the information below.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. BWC may use service providers solely to operate its communications and deliver messages on BWC's behalf.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The Site may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to provide essential functionality, keep forms and scheduling tools working, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure the performance of content and campaigns. These technologies may be provided by our website platform, analytics providers, or other service providers.

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may cause some Site features to work incorrectly or become unavailable.

7. Your Choices and Privacy Requests

  • Email marketing: use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email.
  • Text messages: reply STOP to opt out.
  • Cookies: adjust your browser settings, subject to the limitations described above.
  • Access, correction, or deletion: contact us at [email protected].

We will review privacy requests and respond as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some information may be retained when necessary to complete a transaction, provide a requested service, comply with law or postal requirements, maintain security, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.

Depending on where you reside, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. BWC will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and financial records, complying with legal and postal requirements, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and maintaining security. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the applicable obligation.

For CMRA business mail services, BWC retains completed signed PS Forms 1583 and related records for the periods required by the United States Postal Service. Identification images are handled as described in Section 4.

When information is no longer reasonably needed and no retention obligation applies, we may delete, destroy, or de-identify it.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. These measures include limiting access according to business need and using service providers and systems selected to support secure operations. No method of transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and BWC does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent, legal guardian, program organizer, or other responsible adult may provide limited information necessary to register or supervise a minor participant. Individuals under 18 should have a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult submit registrations and service inquiries on their behalf.

If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information directly to BWC without appropriate authorization, please contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or embed websites, payment tools, scheduling tools, maps, social platforms, or other services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. When we revise it, we will update the effective date above. If a change is material, we may also provide notice through the Site or another appropriate method.
